"Darkness Upon The Face of The Deep"

An awesome tape from Kisston, thanks girl!
Funny story about Jewsus, I went on a couple of dates with a guy in that band. He was boring. Terrible band name but they make great music if you're into rattle/clank percussion (I am).
Ps: I hate Guns N Roses, for the record. Kudos to taping over a cassette of theirs.

"Spambot Radio May 2013"

Welcome to Spambot Radio May 2013! An hour long podcast of oddities and novelties that are always free to download. This month's episode falls on Memorial Day, a holiday dedicated to honoring the men and women that have fallen in active duty. Where I come from it is also a day to honor all souls that have passed on.
I would like to dedicate this month's episode to my very dear friend, Scrummy. Scrummy is a creative and hard working funeral director/mortician and in a few weeks (June 16th to be exact) is National Mortician's Day! I'd like to wish her and everyone else in the funeral industry an early happy holiday. Hope you enjoy your three day weekend and we'll see you next month, in the thick of summer!

"Go Tree, It's Yo Birfday!"

My younger sibling, Katelyn ('Tree' to her friends) is about to turn 21! Kids today...I can only imagine how krunk (do the kids still say 'krunk'?) she'll be getting in celebration. Being that she's a lover of rap and hip hop, I took it upon myself to make a mix for her with stuff she's into and some of the hip hop I grew up with. Of course it is in CD format because she's unsure of how to use a cassette player. I paired the mix with a DIY print out coloring book of various rap artists, courtesy of Bun B's Jumbo Coloring And Rap Activity Tumblr which will be in actual print this fall!

I arranged the CD into 5 tracks with 4 to 5 songs per track, that way my sister can't skip past stuff to get to her favorites (mwahaha). Free to download in a zip file here!

Here's the song listing:

1. Mystikal - Shake It Fast
De la Soul - Me, Myself & I
Outkast - ATLiens
Jean Grae - Kill Screen
50 Cent - In Da Club
2. Biggie Smalls - Hypnotize
Wu Tang Clan - Method Man
Earl Sweatshirt - Chum
MF DOOM - Madvillain
Eminem - My Name Is
3. Vanilla Ice - Stop Than Train
Biz Markie - Just A Friend
Juicy J - Bands Make Her Dance
Kreayshawn - Go Hard (La La La)
Machine Gun Kelly - Wild Boy
4. Snoop Dogg - Gin & Juice
Digital Underground - Humpty Dance
3rd Bass - Pop Goes The Weasel
Curren$y - Lemon Kush
2 Chainz - I'm Different
5. Macklemore & Ryan Lewis - Thrift Shop
M.I.A. - Bad Girls
Slick Rick - Children's Story

Happy 21st, Tree!
